David Semah (Hebrew: דוד צמח; September 4, 1932 – April 29, 1997) was an Israeli scholar of Arabic literature. He was a professor at the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the University of Haifa. As one of the founders, he remained closely involved in the Department's activities from its establishment in the mid-1960s and until his death.
