De Wayne Stebbins (April 5, 1835 – June 12, 1901) was an American politician. He was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing Wisconsin's 1st Senate District. Before serving in the State Senate, he previously held an office in the State Assembly. He was a member of the Republican Party of Wisconsin.
