Deacon Chiu Te-ken, JP (Chinese: 邱德根; 1 May 1924 – 17 March 2015) was a Hong Kong entrepreneur. He was the founder of the Far East Bank and Far East Consortium as well as the former chairman of the Asia Television Limited (ATV).
