Filipina actress Ellen Adarna has given birth to her and husband Filipino actor Derek Ramsay’s first child. Ramsay took in his Instagram to share a snap of him carrying his baby. He also showed Ellen in a hospital bed, holding the baby without showing the baby’s face, with Elias, Ellen’s son with actor John Lloyd Cruz, on the bedside, cuddling his new sibling. “My world keeps getting better and better!” the actor said in his Instagram account. Days after giving birth, Ellen Adarna stressed that she didn’t see the need to announce her pregnancy to the public, as she wanted it to be “quiet and peaceful.” In a December 2023 interview, Ramsay revealed that his wife suffered a miscarriage. Because of this, Adarna revealed that she felt anxious after her husband publicly announced her miscarriage. “I’m okay. I had no plans to announce it, to be honest. And if ever, I’m not going to announce it. Ma-shock na lang kayo na may baby na. But my husband can’t shut his mouth,” she commented. “The day he told me that he mentioned me and talked about it, it actually gave me anxiety, ’cause, oh my god, why?” she said, adding, “So my plan is that when I get pregnant, I’m not going to tell my husband.”
