Richard W. Hinch (May 1, 1949 – December 9, 2020) was an American politician. A Republican, he was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2008 until his death in 2020. He was speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives for a single week before he died from COVID-19.
