Dirk Uipko Stikker GBE (5 February 1897 – 23 December 1979) was a Dutch politician and diplomat of the defunct Liberal State Party (LSP), co-founder of the defunct Freedom Party (PvdV) and of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), and businessman. He served as the Secretary General of NATO from 21 April 1961 until 1 August 1964.
