Dmitry Alexandrovich Borovikov (Russian: Дми́трий Алекса́ндрович Боровико́в, Dmítrij Aleksándrovich Borovikóv) also known by the nicknames "Kislyi", ("Sour") and "Kolovrat" (9 June 1984 – 18 May 2006), was a Russian neo-Nazi and neopagan, the organizer of the extremist groups "Mad Crowd [ru]" and "Combat Terrorist Organization" (Russian: Боевая Террористическая Организация; БТО; Boevaya Terroristicheskaya Organizaciya, BTO). In his position, he organized and perpetrated several racially motivated murders, including the murder of 8-year-old girl Khursheda Sultonova in 2004. Borovikov died after being shot while he was detained by operatives of the 18th department of the UBOP on 18 May 2006.
