Elvis and Dodie starred in in two movies together - Spinout (1966) and Easy Come, Easy Go (1967). After filming ECEG, Elvis gave Dodie a Baume and Mercier gold watch with a crescent moon around the timepiece. It was inscribed "From Elvis Presley to Dodie Marshall my great treasure my greatest love Elvis." Dodie put the watch up for auction in 2024 (it went for $7,000). Elvis was known for engaging in romantic relationships with his costars during his relationship with Priscilla. Starring in two movies together back to back, it's very likely something happened between the two of them - although Dodie has always kept quiet about her relationship with Elvis, never giving an interview on the topic.
