Dominic Barton (born 1962), known as Bao Damin (Chinese: 鲍达民) in China, is a Ugandan-born Canadian management consultant and business executive. He was the Managing Director of McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2018. He previously sat on the advisory board of the state-run China Development Bank and has served as the Canadian ambassador to China since September 5, 2019. He is also the incumbent chancellor at the University of Waterloo.
