Dong Xin (Chinese: 董昕; born April 1966) is a Chinese telecommunications executive and government official who has served as deputy director of the National Radio and Television Administration since 2024. He previously held senior positions in the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Information Industry, and China Mobile, including as general manager of China Mobile Group. He holds the professional titles of senior engineer and senior accountant.
