Hollywood, Calif, Nov. 3,1931--Dorothy Mackaill, film actress, has ended all marital rumors about her. She married Neil Albert Miller, night club and radio singer, yesterday at Yuma, Ariz The actress met Miller in Honolulu.
they obtained a marriage license there but failed to wed.
Later, Miss Mackaill was reported engaged to John McCormick, former husband of Colleen Moore; Walter Byron, actor, and Horace Hough.
Miss Markaill was divorced from Lothar Mendes, film director in 1928.

has filled suit for divorce from
Neil A.Miller,
former Honolulu
business man, who followed her to Los Angeles
after a Hawaiian romance and
married her In Yuma, Ariz.. No v. 3, 1931.
Miss Mackail said her husband objected to her work In motion pictures although he was unable to earn enough money to support them; he scolded and
abused her until she became ill and
nervous, and
that
he accused her of being extravagant and foolish in the expenditure of money.
The actress said they separated January 2.
