Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas (born 28 July 1956) is a Malaysian politician. He is currently one of three Deputy Chief Ministers of Sarawak. He was seven-term Member of Parliament of Malaysia for the Betong constituency before deciding not to contest in the 2018 Malaysian general election. He is currently the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Sarawak for the Bukit Saban constituency in Sarawak, representing the United Bumiputera Heritage Party (PBB).
