Dragan Milovanović (Serbian Cyrillic: Драган Миловановић; born 1953) was a Serbian politician in 1990s. He served in the National Assembly of Serbia from 1997 to 2001 and was the mayor of Podujevo for a time. For most of his political career, Milovanović was a member of the far-right Serbian Radical Party (Srpska radikalna stranka, SRS).
