Du Xuliang (Chinese: 杜旭亮; born September 1971) is a Chinese politician serving as deputy secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Committee of Hangzhou and mayor of Hangzhou since June 2026. Previously, he served as director of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, director of the Zhejiang Department of Justice, and executive vice mayor of Shaoxing.
