Dyane Adam, CM (born 1953 in Casselman, Ontario) was the Canadian Official Languages Commissioner. She was responsible for promoting bilingualism within the government of Canada. She holds a Doctor's degree in psychology from the University of Ottawa and taught at this university, as well as at Glendon College and Laurentian University.
