Edwin Walter Chadwick (May 8, 1933 – April 23, 2024) was a Canadian ice hockey goaltender who played in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Boston Bruins between 1955 and 1962. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1952 to 1968, was spent in various minor leagues. Chadwick died at age 90 on April 23, 2024.
