Edward Charles Rothstein (born 1963) is an American politician and former U.S. Army colonel who has served as the secretary of the Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families since 2025. A member of the Republican Party, he was a member of the Carroll County Board of Commissioners from 2018 to 2025.
