Eddie Joe Williams (born June 26, 1954) is a member of the Southern States Energy Board and a Republican. Williams is a former member of the Arkansas State Senate for District 29. He was the Senate Majority Leader from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he was the mayor of Cabot, Arkansas.
