Edgar Donroy Bear Runner (May 28, 1951 – July 4, 2021) was a Native American activist. He is perhaps best known for parleying with American Indian Movement activists in an attempt to negotiate a peaceful resolution to the standoff which occurred during the Jumping Bull ranch incident in the 1975.
