Edgar "Injap" Jaruda Sia II (born 1977) is a Filipino businessman. Sia is the chairman of DoubleDragon Properties (and co-owner with billionaire Tony Tan Caktiong), and the founder of the Mang Inasal fast food restaurant chain.
