Edward Freytag is a professional musician, educator, and composer/arranger most known for his work as a percussionist. He is the founder of BOD Productions, Guru Graphics, and Serious Percussion Publications. Currently he is a staff writer for Row-Loff productions, the Director of Bands and Fine Arts Chair at La Vergne High School in LaVergne, Tennessee, and a Percussion Consultant for Music City Legend Drum & Bugle Corps in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Freytag's education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Music Degree in Studio/Jazz Performance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
