Elena Whitham (née McLeod, born 9 July 1974) is a Scottish politician who has been the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley since 2021. A member of the Scottish National Party (SNP), she was the Depute Leader of East Ayrshire Council, where she represents the Irvine Valley ward.
