Elijah McKenzie-Jackson (born 28 December 2003) is a visual artist and author of BLUE, his debut book exploring climate grief, identity, and activism through a personal and scholarly lens. Based in London and New York City, he is known for weaving social, environmental and intersectional themes into his body of work. McKenzie-Jackson is co-founder at WaicUp, an organizer of Youth Strike for Climate, and is a United Nations Togetherband Ambassador. He is one of the organizers who started Fridays for Future UK, in February 2019.
