Eliphalet Stephens Stone (April 10, 1825 – December 8, 1905) was an American shipmaster, farmer, politician, and Wisconsin pioneer.
He served one term in the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the southern half of Waukesha County in the 1872 term.
