Elisa María Avelina "Lilita" Carrió (born 26 December 1956) is an Argentine lawyer, professor and politician. She is the leader of Civic Coalition ARI, one of the founders of Cambiemos, and was National Deputy for Chaco Province and Buenos Aires.
