Elkhan Hidayat oglu Bashirov (Azerbaijani: Elxan Bəşirov, legally Elkhan Bashirov; born May 28, 1968, Lerik) is an Azerbaijani entrepreneur, the president of Elberg Machine Building Plant, the chairman of the supervisory board of Matanat A Company, a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2003–2016), a member of the Public Council under the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) (2018–2022), the chairman of the Azerbaijan Building Materials Manufacturers Association (ABMMA), and the founder of the Academy of Research and Application of Inventions (ARAI).
