Elliana Bisgaard-Church (born June 28, 1991) is an American political adviser who serves as Zohran Mamdani's chief of staff in the New York State Assembly and will continue in that role when he becomes Mayor of New York City. She was the campaign manager for Zohran Mamdani's 2025 New York City Democratic mayoral primary campaign; it was the first political campaign she had ever managed. Bisgaard-Church is also a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
