Colonel Emerson Hamilton Liscum (July 16, 1841 – July 13, 1900) was a U.S. Army officer who fought in the American Civil War, Indian Wars,
Spanish–American War, and the Philippine–American War. He was killed in battle at Tianjin, China during the Boxer Rebellion while commanding the 9th Infantry Regiment.
