He previously served in the Biden Administration at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) as the executive director for Cloud Strategy in GSA's Technology Transformation Services. Mills has also served as a senior advisor to the Federal Chief Information Officer of the United States, within the Office of Management and Budget.
