Eugen Jenica Pentiuc (born on December 8, 1955) is an Orthodox biblical scholar, theologian, and Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne [1]. He serves as Archbishop Demetrios Professor of Biblical Studies and Christian Origins, Distinguished Professor of Old Testament and Semitic Languages at the Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, Brookline, MA, USA, and as Dean of Holy Cross since January 1, 2024.
