Eva Bal (25 June 1938 – 9 May 2021) was a Dutch theatre director. She was a key person in the development of the youth theatre in Flanders, Belgium. She was the founder, director and artistic director of the Speeltheater Gent (now named KOPERGIETERY [nl]). On 3 October 2000, Bal was ennobled by Albert II of Belgium for her pioneering work in youth theater and was given the personal title of Baroness.
