Felix Przedborski (1930 – 31 October 2017) was a Belgian diplomat and businessman. Among other positions, he served as Costa Rica's representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna. Przedborski became known primarily for his role in defamation proceedings against journalist Mauricio Herrera Ulloa and the Costa Rican daily newspaper La Nación, as well as for his financial connections to Lufthansa. The case of Herrera Ulloa v. Costa Rica resulted in a landmark 2004 judgment by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights concerning freedom of the press, the public interest in reporting on public officials and criminal defamation laws.
