Fernando Andrade Carmona (born 16 September 1951) is a Peruvian engineer, economist and politician who served as Mayor of Miraflores from 1996 to 1998 and from 2003 to 2006. He also served as a Congressman representing Lima for the 2011-2016 term, elected under the Possible Peru Alliance ticket which grouped his We Are Peru party. He is the younger brother of former Miraflores Mayor and Lima Mayor, Alberto Andrade, who is the founder of the We Are Peru party.He served as the party president of We Are Peru from 2010 to 2015. He ran for Mayor in the 2010 municipal elections, but he lost to Susana Villarán.
