Fernando Velazco Cota (June 20, 1946 – October 14, 1984) was an American rapist, kidnapper and suspected serial killer who was the prime suspect in the murders of six women in San Jose, California from September to October 1984. He committed suicide on October 14, 1984, after he was arrested for a botched kidnapping.
