Fernando Torres is to wed his childhood sweetheart, it was reported yesterday. The Liverpool star is believed to be about to tie the knot with Spanish beauty Olalla Dominguez, 23 - who is expecting their baby.
Liverpool stars including Stephen Gerrard and Pepe Reina, and boss Rafa Benitez will be invited, a Spanish newspaper said.
Torres has become one of the world`s greatest strikers since signing for Liverpool for £20million from Atletico Madrid in July 2007. The 24-year-old, knicknamed El Nino (The Kid), helped Spain win the European championship last year.
Torres grew up in Madrid but spent every summer in the seaside town of Estorde, in Galicia in North West Spain - where Olalla`s family also went for the summer.
The have been going out for eight years and lived together in Madrid before moving to the UK. Olalla is studying social education at UNED, the Spanish equivalent of the Open University.
