Fouzia Rhissassi (Arabic: فوزية رساسي) was born in Fes, Morocco on April 15, 1947. She is professor of social sciences at the faculty of arts at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra, Morocco. Currently she holds a position of the UNESCO Chair on Women Rights.
