Francis Asbury Wallar (August 15, 1840 – April 30, 1911) was a corporal in the 6th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment of the Union Army who received the Medal of Honor. On July 1, 1863, while participating in the Battle of Gettysburg, he engaged a Confederate soldier in single combat, capturing him and seizing his battle flag.
