Frank Bell (c. 1869 – 4 April 1957) was a colonel in the Salvation Army. From 1920 he and his wife served in Australia as principals of the "Army"'s training garrisons in Melbourne and Sydney. He was known as a strong personality, a forceful and earnest speaker.
