Fred Marshall Annett (born August 10, 1961) is an American political figure and retired US Army soldier. He is best known for seeking the US Congressional seat, Texas, District 4, during the 2008 elections. He ran as a Libertarian Party candidate and received 2% of the vote in his first attempt at seeking any political office. He has recently announced that he will seek election for the same Congressional seat in 2010, running again as a Libertarian.
