Gabrielle Gauchat (1767-1805), was a French memoir writer. She is known for her memoirs, describing her life during the French revolution. Her memoirs describe the life of a nun during the dissolution of the convents in France between 1792 and 1795. She was from Saint-Domingue and nun in Langres until the convent was closed during the revolution. Her memoir was one of the few written by nuns from the revolution: of 55 memoirs from the French revolution, only four were from nuns.
