Gan Siow Huang (Chinese: 颜晓芳; pinyin: Yán Xiǎofāng; born 1974) is a Singaporean politician, former and first female general and former highest female officer. She was appointed as the Minister of State in the Ministry for Education and Ministry for Manpower by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong & was appointed as vice-chairmen of the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council's with Saktiandi Supaat and an advisor of the Bishan-Toa Payoh grassroots organisations.
