Garo H. Armen (Armenian: Կարո Արմեն) is a Turkish-born American businessman of Armenian descent. He is the co-founder of Agenus, Inc. and the founder of the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF), a non-profit organization which focuses on reducing poverty, through “education, healthcare, community and economic development”.
