Ronald Garry Hancock (January 23, 1954 – October 10, 2015) was a professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox and Oakland Athletics in parts of six seasons spanning 1978–1984, primarily as a reserve outfielder. Listed at 6 feet 0 inches (1.83 m) and 175 pounds (79 kg), he batted and threw left-handed.
