Gary Varvel (born 1957) is a conservative editorial cartoonist. Varvel was the editorial cartoonist for Indianapolis Star from 1994 to 2019. Previously he was the chief artist for The Indianapolis News for 16 years. His works are syndicated with Creators Syndicate.
