Gavin Shuker (born 10 October 1981) is a British politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Luton South from 2010 to 2019. He was defeated standing as an Independent in the 2019 election, coming third with 9.3% of the vote. Shuker successfully defended the seat as the Labour candidate in 2010, after his predecessor Margaret Moran stood down following controversy over her expenses.
