Ghanashyam Nayak (12 May 1945 – 3 October 2021) was an Indian film and television actor. He had appeared in a number of tele serials as well as films. He was well known for the role of Natwarlal Prabhashankar Undhaiwala a.k.a. Nattu Kaka in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. He died from cancer in Mumbai on 3 October 2021, aged 76.
