Girdhari Lal (17 July 1915 – 27 November 1987) was a member of the Lok Sabha a senior Congress leader from Jammu and Kashmir, a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. Dogra served twice as Member of Parliament and six times as Member of the Legislative Assembly. He served as Finance minister of the state for 26 years. He was also known as "The People’s man".
