Glad Bugariu (born 29 September 1976) is a Romanian football manager who has coached the U.S. Virgin Islands, Grenada,the Football Association of Moldova Under 15 women's national team and various teams in the United States top division, the NCAA. Currently, he is in charge of the women's football team at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in first division of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Over the course of his career, Bugariu has worked with the national teams of four countries in various competitions such as the men's and women's FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Under 19 Women's Championships qualifiers, the men's and women's Gold Cup, Windward Islands Football Championship and the Under 20 World Championship qualifiers.
