Gooitske de Jong (born c. 1936) was a Dutch kortebaan speed skater from Jubbega. She won competitions as a junior skater between 1954 and 1956. She became champion of Heerenveen in February 1956, ahead of Elske van Dam. She won most of her competitions between 1956 and 1964.
