Selvagowry Retchakan-Hodge (née Vardakumar, born 21 June 1960) is an English former track and field athlete who competed in the 400 metres hurdles. She represented Great Britain at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, and won silver medals at the 1992 IAAF World Cup and the 1998 Commonwealth Games. She won five AAA Championships titles and two UK Championship titles. She was ranked in the world's top ten at 400 metres hurdles in both 1991 and 1992.
